Why one roof

Fewer hand-offs,
fewer surprises

When cutting, welding and coating sit in different factories, every hand-off adds days and a margin of error. Keeping them together means the colour of the first sample matches the last unit, and one project manager answers for all of it. Our 4,800 m² floor in Bao'an, Shenzhen, holds every machine listed below, run by a team of 120.

Export crating
  1. Fibre laser for sheet and tube laser for profile, cut straight from your CAD files.

  2. CNC press brakes, V-grooving and shearing for crisp, repeatable folds.

  3. Robotic welding for repeat parts, laser and hand welding for one-offs.

  4. Ground and polished by hand to a brushed, satin or No. 8 mirror finish.

  5. PVD coating in gold, rose gold, champagne and black titanium, plus spray and powder finishes in any RAL colour.

  6. Frames, lighting, acrylic, glass and timber fitted together by hand.

  7. Dimensions checked against the drawings and lighting tested before packing.

  8. Foam-lined wooden crates, labelled and loaded for sea or air freight.
