A sample takes about 15 days once drawings are approved. Production takes 35 to 45 days, plus shipping.
What files should we send?+
Whatever you have: DWG, DXF, STEP, AI or PDF drawings, renders, or a sketch with sizes. We return shop drawings for your approval before anything is cut.
Can we approve a sample first?+
Yes. Every project starts with a first-off sample, measured against the drawing and photographed for sign-off. We can ship it to you if you need to see it in person.
How do you pack and ship?+
Pieces leave in foam-lined wooden crates or export cartons, labelled by store or window, by sea or air. We quote FOB Shenzhen as standard, and CIF or door-to-door on request.
What are the payment terms?+
A deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipment. Exact terms are set out in each quotation.
Do you help with installation?+
Pieces ship pre-assembled where possible, with numbered parts and installation drawings, and we support your installers by video. On-site supervision can be arranged for larger roll-outs.
Is there a warranty?+
Lighting and electrical parts are covered for 12 months from delivery. If anything arrives damaged, send us photos and we replace the part.
